This brochure design for evolv, a resort management company, incorporates a wide variety of inviting resort photography to show off its message of innovative management, operations experience, professional customer service and HOA management offerings.

The Concept

This brochure design incorporates a die-cut cover; the boxes over the logo and the bottom right corner are cut away to reveal the colorful photos inside the front cover.

We kept the typography very clean and simple and used recurring blocks of three extreme horizontal photos to echo the bars over the letters in the logo.

White space and bold colorful photos balance each other well and make this brochure design a breeze to read.
